Alani (part 12)

The last time we saw the gang, they were at school, when Jordan told them her idea.

The gang was silent in thought. 

Where should we start? Andy asked himself.

"I got it!" shouted Jordan.

"We should ask around school. There has to be somebody here who knows him." explained Jordan.

"Great idea!" said Andy.

Suddenly, they heard a voice from the table behind Andy. 

"My brother knows who he is. He happens to have the same last name as you, Andy." said a girl with glasses and freckles. "Would you three like to come over?" 

The three friends looked at each other all saying the same answer, yes.

"Alright," said Andy, "Meet us at the bus stop at the front of the school."

At the front of the school... 

"We take the third bus. We might have to wait a while..." the girl said.

"That's okay. By the way, what's your name?" asked Andy.

"My name is Alani. " said Alani.

I might not be blogging for the next four weeks. I'm sorry. I will try though! :)

An idea (part 11)

The last time we saw the gang, they were talking to Mr. Dale until Jordan knew where to find Chris.
The gang wak out to the principle's office and out of the building.
"What is your idea, Jordan?" asked Andy.
"I'll tell you guys tomorrow at school. I need to get home. It's almost 7! Bye guys!" said Jordan hopping on her bike and riding off.
"What do you think her idea is?" asked Jake staring off into where Jordan was.
"I'm notsure, but we better get home too. It is getting pretty late..." said Andy also hopping on his bike getting ready to ride off, waiting for Jake.

The next day at school...

"Okay, Jordan, time for you to tell us what your idea was." said Andy.
"Okay, so we know he went to Palm Tree University, right? We also know that he moved out a few days ago, so that means that he has to be staying at an apartment because the principle never said anything about him working." said Jordan, triumphantly.
"Or he could be living in his mother's basement." said Jake in a see-you-are-wrong tone.
Jordan then punched him hard, but playfully in the arm.
"Okay, maybe not, but where do we start?" asked Jake.

The Principle (part 10)

The last time we saw Andy was at Palm Tree University and Andy and his friends had to see the principle.

"Ummm, let me see if he is available." said the lady at the front desk named Linda.
She checked a calendar and then called him to confirm it.
"Alright! You can go! Down the hall to the left. You can't miss it!" replied Linda happily.
The gang headed down the hallway to find a door that says PRINCIPAL on it. They opened up the door and was greeted with a kinda old man. A man in his 40s or 50s.
"Hi! My name is Dale. I'm known around here as Mr. Dale. Nice to meet you!" greeted Mr. Dale.
"Hi! I'm Jordan and this is Jake and Andy."
Andy and Jake both waved. All four sat down on the chairs and then Jordan got serious.
"Do you know anyone named Chris? We need help on our complicated geography homework and we hoped that maybe he could help us? Do you know him or his whereabouts?" asked Jordan.
"Chris... well, Chris was here, but he moved out a few weeks ago. Really confidently too... Like he had better things to do. We were all sad, we he was a really smart kid, but was really mysterious." said Mr. Dale and shook his head sadly.
"Well, thank you for helping! I think I have an idea where to look." replied Jordan after a moment of silence.
"Hope you find him! Good luck!" said Mr. Dale opening the door for them.

Principle search (part 9)

The last time we saw Andy, he was at Palm Tree University. Jake was walking away. 

"Jake, don't be such a scaredy cat!! Be a man." shouted Jordan, showing off her biceps to emphasize the 'be a man part'.
"What? I can't hear you over my heart beating really fast." shouted Jake.
Jordan walked over and grabbed Jake's arm and dragged him to the university.

Inside, it didn't seem run-down at all! It actually looked like a university. In front of them, was a map of the school and a sign that read,' sorry! We are under construction.'
Jordan whistled a low whistle. "Wow. Nice place."
Andy noticed a guy walking by.
"Hey, let's go ask this guy for the principle of this place." suggested Andy.
The guy noticed them walking over and stopped to say hi.
"I'm Mike. Are you looking for someone?" asked Mike.
"Actually we are," responded Andy, "do you know where the principle is?"
" Yeah, come follow me to his office. He's a really great guy." said Mike walking away. The gang followed Mike to this nice lobby looking place.
"The principles office is had way down the hall to your left. You will see the sign above the door. You have to check in with the lady over there," said Mike pointing to the lady at the desk," or else the principle will take you the wrong way. Like an intruder or something."
"Thank you!" said Jordan walking over to the lady Mike was pointing at.
"Hi! Could we please see the principle?" asked Jordan to the lady, named Linda.

The university (part 8)

The last time we saw the gang, they went to the library only to get stuck with another question, who is Chris?

"So Chris." Said Andy.
" Yeah, we know very little about him. Where should we start?" asked Jordan in a desperate voice.
" Maybe we should try the Internet. He has to be somewhere!!" offered Jake.
" Wow!! That's the best idea he has had all year!" exclaimed Jordan sarcastically.
"Thanks!" beamed Jake in a proud voice.
Jordan just rolled her eyes at that comment.
" Let's do it now. " said Andy.
With that, they all whipped out their phones and typed the name 'Chris' into the search engine.
" I didn't get anything." said Jordan in a depressed tone.
"Same here" said Andy in the same depressed tone.
" Look! I found the word history and Chris in the same article!!" exclaimed Jake.
Jordan quickly took the phone and typed in the URL into her phone.
"Yeah, this is it!!" exclaimed Jordan in a surprised tone.
" Well, what does it say?!" exclaimed Andy in an anxious tone.
"It says that he goes to plam tree university and that he majored in history. This article was posted over a year ago and the article says that Chris didn't want his last name in the paper for unknown reasons." read Jordan
" So that means that he must have been planning this for over a year now. Maybe he's still at the university. Let's go." said Andy.
"Hey, where's Jake?" asked Jordan, looking around.
"There he is! Waiting in line for... Ice cream. " said Andy in a depressing tone.
Jake waved at them as Jordan stomped over there to pull him out of line.

After getting lost 20 times, retracing their steps 10 times, and chasing after Jake 30 times, they finally reached Palm Tree University!

"Well, here it is! Palm Tree University." said Andy.
"It looks run down, like it hasn't been used in 20 years!" exclaimed Jordan.
"Should we go inside? Maybe it's the wrong building." said Jake walking away.

A Start (part 7)

The last time we saw Andy was at lunch when he and his friends were decoding the note.

The group sat in silence. They didn't know where to start looking.
"I know!" exclaimed Andy.
"What?!" asked Jordan and Jake at the same time.
"We can look at the way the letter was written!" explained Andy.
"Well," said Jordan, " The person has to know a lot of history to recreate the world's biggest problems."
"So the person should have access to a lot of books. " said Jake.
"Exactly, I know exactly where to look." said Andy, "Meet me at the library after school."

After School...

"How do you know that the person who wrote the note comes to this library? There are so many libraries in just the town! Not to mention the whole city!" exclaimed Jordan.
"I have to agree with her on this now, Andy." explained Jake.
"Well, this library has the most information about history, plus how can they be watching me and knowing me if they live far away? Anyways, this is where all universities get their history books. It must be the place!" Andy explained.
All of them walked into the library.
"Let's ask the librarian. This librarian takes note of people who come here daily." whispered Andy.
"Hello? Are you a librarian?" asked Jordan in a too-of-a-sweet-tone.
"Why, yes I am. How may I help you?" the librarian asked.
Her name is Judy.
"Hi! I'm Jordan, this is Jake, and this is Andy. We are here to ask you some questions, if that's okay..." asked Jordan.
"Of course that's alright!", said Judy with a smile, "Fire away!"
" Alright, how long have you been working here?" asked Jordan.
"I've been working here ever since it opened. Ever since then, I have been noticing people who come here daily. Most of them, wonderful people, but some of them aren't as kind." said Judy in a sad tone.
"Do you know their names?" questioned Andy.
"Well, there is only one. His name Chris. That is all I know! He doesn't come with any friends and seems mysterious and just blends in. He checks-out some weirds books that people on glance at. He looks at the books in the reference section. Really weird, huh?" asked Judy.
"Yeah, it is. Well, thanks for answering our questions! See you later!" said Jordan.

" Well, at least we got some where." said Jordan.
"Yeah, but we just got stuck with another question, who is Chris?" said Jake.

Looking at the details (part 6)

The last time we saw Andy was in the hall way having a strange vision. What did that vision mean?

"Woah!" exclaimed Andy.
Jordan and Jake caught Andy and exclaimed, "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine." said Andy.
"'I'm fine' is the shortest phrase that people use when they are lying." informed Jordan.
"Thanks for catching me." said Andy.
"No problem, but are you sure you are okay?"asked Jordan.
"Yeah, I'm fine." said Andy.

Bring! Bring!

"The bell rang, we are late to first period, great." said Jake.
"Would you stop complaining and help me take Andy to the nurse?!" exclaimed Jordan.

At lunch...

"So about the note..." said Andy, in a low tone.
"Let's try taking it apart."suggested Jordan.
Jake and Andy looked at her like she was crazy.
"Like trying to figure out what the first line means and then the second one, and so on and so forth." said Jordan in a tone that said duh.
"Well, the first line says 'you will never find me, but I will always find you.'" read Andy.
"That means that it must be somebody you used to know, but probably forgot about." said Jordan.
"Or that could mean that it is someone that you know, but we just wouldn't think of as a suspect." said Jake.
"I'm not sure, those are both really good ideas." said Andy.
